Is there a minimum order amount?
No – we do not have a minimum order amount. All customers must complete application form for wholesale access.
For Australian customers, ABN is required.

How can I make payment for my orders?
Payments can be made by direct credit transfer to our Bank Account, by Cheque and VISA or MasterCard.
Do you discount your lingerie below the wholesale pricing?
Given that our wholesale prices are very competitive and great value, we don’t discount our prices. We believe that you can achieve greater Gross Margins by selling Pour Toi Lingerie.
How do you ship my order to me or to my customer?
We ship all orders to our registered customers, unless you select a drop ship order (whereby you advise alternate address) which costs an additional $5.50 for the service.
What does the $5.50 drop ship fee represent?
The $5.50 drop ship fee is a fee per order when you request an order to be sent directly to your customer. The fee is charged per order fee, not a per item.
When are backorders shipped?
We minimise the inconvenience of backorders by having a large stock holding in our warehouse. Should an item be on backorder, it can be sent once item is received at our warehouse or with your next order. Generally no longer than 2-3 weeks.
